What is your return policy?
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. or use the Contact Us form.
Please do not send without reaching out to us first. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at email@example.com.
How can I find my Shipping & Order Status?
When you make a purchase through our websites, the designer receives your order. The designer will then pull it and send it directly to you. Please, remember that your items may be shipped separately, and this is the normal process. You will receive tracking information in an email once your item has shipped. Your pieces may be shipped separately due to this process, so don’t be alarmed. All tracking will be updated accordingly. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages. Any delays or issues once it leaves our hands must be taken up by USPS. Please make sure your address and contact information has been entered correctly. All packages are sent to the address the customer has input.

What are Peonies Perks?
Peonies Perks is our new rewards system!
It works like this:
You sign up by clicking the Rewards icon and entering your email address.
You get 2% back on all your purchases to use on the site!
You must sign up to get points added and you must do it through the website- then all purchases from the app, wall drops, and the website go through this reward system.
If you already get emails for your points just sign in!
Then get your reward code to use at checkout!!
You also get a referral code to give to your family, friends, or anyone you refer to our store.
Points can be used on anything and don’t expire!!

Why did I only get part of my order?
We use multiple designers/vendors which means your items come from straight from the designer warehouses. However, we ensure quality with our products by hand selecting our vendors and products. Please expect multiple packages. We will update shipping and tracking accordingly.

We accept the following tenders: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Pay Pal, Venmo, and Shop Pay.
How do Gift Cards work?
Peonies & Lime E-Gift Card can be purchased or used for any item(s) in store.
Peonies & Lime E-Gift Cards are non-refundable and do not expire. Promotional codes can't be applied to the purchase of gift cards, sales tax, or shipping costs.
Once purchased, the purchaser will receive an email with code to forward to the intended recipient.
